Çiğdem Sezer

She graduated from Kocaeli University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 1997. She started working at Adana University Industry Joint Research Center (Adana ÜSAM) in Çukurova University Technology Development Zone in 2002, after working in Çukurova Holding and Sabancı Holding affiliated companies. She worked as a mentor and trainer to industrialists and entrepreneurs in the fields of R&D and Innovation, Intellectual Property Rights, Project Management and Technological Entrepreneurship at this center where she worked for 14 years in the field of University - Industry cooperation. She served as the head of the center for seven years. She took part in many national and international projects. She has worked as a project manager, mentor and trainer in TÜBİTAK Mentoring projects and is included in the TÜBİTAK Mentor and Business Development Guide pools.

ICF onaylı Profesyonel Koçluk ve Takım Koçluğu Eğitimlerini de tamamlayan Çiğdem Sezer, kurumlara, yöneticilere ve öğrencilere yönelik inovasyon, girişimcilik, kariyer ve takım koçluğu çalışmalarını yürütmektedir. AC Türkiye Çukurova Bölge Koordinatörü olarak bölgede koçluk çalışmalarının gelişmesinde, sosyal projelerin gerçekleştirilmesinde görev almaktadır.
Mart 2016 tarihinden itibaren çalışmalarına bir girişimci olarak devam etmektedir. Kurum ve kuruluşlara, yöneticilere ve girişimcilere inovasyon, yaratıcı düşünme, tasarım odaklı düşünme, girişimcilik, etkili iletişim ve liderlik konularında eğitimler ve atölye çalışmaları gerçekleştirmektedir. Mentorluk ve profesyonel koçluk desteği sunmaktadır.
