He carries out projects on the development of Executive Coaching in Turkey and providing coaching support to university students by the Association for Coaching (GB) Turkey Chapter, of which he is one of the founders and the Operations Leader.
Yapımcısı olduğu Artı Değer isimli TV Programında Türkiye’de Koçluk, Liderlik, Girişimcilik ve Mentorluk konuları işlenmektedir. Profesyonel Koçluk ve Hayat Okyanusu isimli iki kitabı bulunmaktadır.
Kurucusu olduğu ve International Coach Federatin (ICF) tarafından akredite eğitimler veren koçluk okulu 1000+ koç mezun etmiştir. Kurucusu olduğu House of Human Eğitim ve Danışmanlık firması Türkiye Fortune 500 de ve ağırlıklı olarak ilk 50 de yer alan kurumlara lider geliştirme, bağlılık/mutluluk, İK Süreçleri yapılandırma konusunda eğitim, koçluk, mentorluk, süpervizyon desteği sağlamaktadır.
