She is a graduate of Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration.
She started her business life in Foreign Trade Company in 1994 and started to work in Pamuk investment in the Stock Exchange market in 1996. She left due to the transfer of the bank she worked between 1997-2003 to the fund and in 2003 she worked as an assistant manager in the Koç Private Banking department.
Between the years 2004-2006, Oyak Investment earned twice its commission income target.
Between 2006 and 2008, HSBC Investment ranked 3rd in Turkey with its revenue target.
Between 2008 and 2010, Finansinvest brought the branch to the 2nd rank in Turkey in Securities, Futures, Gold Fund, Equity Income Target.
She continued to work as the Manager of Alternative Investment Adana Branch between 2010 and 2012, and during the working period, she made her branch profit from loss in the first year and brought her branch to the first place in Turkey in the whole product range in the second year.
Between 2012 and 2014, she started to work as Ata Yatırım Adana Regional Manager upon the proposal of Ata Yatırım's General Manager and carried out the Adana Regional expansion and all branch establishment procedures of Ata Investment and carried her region to success in all products.
After completing ICF Accredited ACTP trainings from House of Human, which he started in 2014, he completed Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Student Coaching, RLAC (Recognised Leader As Coach), Mentoring, Practicum, and received the ACC title. At the end of 2022, he will receive the title of PCC.
It provides professional coaching, mentoring and coach-like leadership support and training to institutions and organizations, entrepreneurs and managers in the fields of Manager, Team and Career Coaching.
She is the RLAC Trainer of the House of Human Coaching Training Company. It works for the development of Koç-like Leadership culture in institutions and gives training to managers within the institution.
She manages in-house coaching and mentoring projects in the corporate department of House of Human, and gives one-on-one supervision and group coaching trainings to the managers in the institution..
It provides in-house mentoring systems, project management, group coaching and supervision support to the participants in EPİAŞ and TEİ.
She works as an instructor in TURKCELL RLAC Trainings.
She has been managing the Çukurova Regional Membership Committee of the Association for Coaching (AC) Turkey since 2018, and she has been the member of the AC International coaching association of people who have received coaching training in the Çukurova region. She also manages social responsibility projects in the AC Çukurova regional committee.
In 2020, the Step Up Coaching Program works on a voluntary basis in project management, serving as a voluntary coaching platform that supports the development of non-governmental organizations, universities and institutions, so that people discover themselves and reach their goals. She has a personality that enthusiastically acquires new information, learns, shares what she has learned with those in need, looks for opportunities that can serve the whole in her journey of discovery, is solution-oriented, and enjoys the process while reaching the result.
Within the scope of the Step Up Coaching program, it organizes Co-Coaching Projects that will contribute to the development of 700 coaches, and also ensures that the coaches trained here take part in social responsibility projects voluntarily.
She is a member of Adana Güney Education Foundation and takes an active role in the management.
She completed the International Accredited Yoga -Breath-Meditation training in 2016 and gives online classes within the Yoga foundation.
She is married and has a child.
