Duration: 4 Days One of the biggest problems of the companies in our country is not being able to create corporate culture, to transfer its DNA to the next generations and therefore not being sustainable. The mentoring system appears to be one of the most important tools of such institutions. A mentor helps a person, who can learn slower or less all alone, or perhaps never learn, to learn something and makes significant contribution to the formation of learning organization. Mentoring within the organization and being loaded with such information means taking part in sustainability projects in our country, where 99% of the enterprises are SMEs. In this training of ours, it is intended to develop mentoring skills, which will manage the mentoring relationship with his/her client, transfer the corporate culture with proper methods and tools, monitor and report the client’s developmental process and support skill management with proactive approaches.
