Co-Productive Leadership
As the House Of Human, we determined that the leadership understanding that our institutions need is “Co-Productive Leadership”. Co-Productive Leadership is an understanding of leadership that “produces and develops together, continuously”. It aims a corporate culture with high business and human focus. It directs different leadership styles to the aim of producing together. In order to meet the development needs of our institutions, there is a need for a leadership understanding that prioritizes both the business focus and the human focus. We can define this understanding as ideal leadership. However, in many institutions, we see that, instead of ideal leadership approaches, our leaders use motivational-oriented Fatherly Leadership, which prioritizes people and target-oriented Autocratic Leadership styles that prioritize the business. Since the corporate leadership understanding that different leadership styles will serve in the institutions is not defined and leaders are not equipped according to this understanding; it is observed that Fatherly Leadership turns into a “Tolerating leadership” and Autocratic Leadership turns into “Tyrannizing Leadership” over time. The House of Human organizes and trains leading staff who adopt a prolific leadership approach that is free from inadequate, oppressive and tolerating leadership habits.
