Coaching Model For Managers (RLAC)
RLAC is a new generation Leadership Development Model created to equip Leaders with their coaching competencies and equip them with coaching tools. The objective is to create “Participatory Leadership Culture” within the institution.
It is used in companies that are institutionalized or in the process of institutionalization. Leaders included in the RLAC program are enabled to use coaching tools and take responsibility on 12 key topics.
Subject Based Coaching It is an applied training with “Case Based” approach, in order to solve the problem of the institution and to ensure development. In the training it is aimed to solve problems as well as development of competence. Process Management One training takes at the shortest 10 weeks . The development of the manager is measured and feedback is given. Managers receive supervision support for their goals. It is conducted with not an instructor but Business Partner In the RLAC Model, each business partner carries out the process on its own behalf; takes full responsibility for the success of the model; Evaluation is received from the institution for the business partner and his/her development is ensured. International Certification Managers participating in the RLAC Program are certified by the Association for Coaching (AC), headquartered in the UK. AC confirms that the program is in international standard. HOH Experience The RLAC content was created by the House of Human, which successfully coaches over 200 institutions and trains over 1200 professional coaches. RLAC business partners are an outstanding group of HOH graduates, determined by the method of invitation from the registered coaches. Training RLAC Instructors from within the Institution You can train RLAC trainers in-house to reduce costs.
