Coaching Supervisor Training
Experienced and trained coaching supervisors are required in order to monitor and evaluate the competencies of the coaches and to provide feedback and development.
Coaching Supervision; The coaching interview is a level of knowledge and maturity that requires a holistic view of the coach’s skill and the relationship between the coach and the coachee from different perspectives. The coach will learn to engage his external observer.
60 hours of training and 10 hours of mentoring.
