Professional Coaching Training (ACSTH)
Professional Coaching Training is the first Turkish Program approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in ACSTH status, which enables the spread of the coaching profession worldwide.
Our professional coaching approach is aimed at revealing the emotional and intellectual potential of people and enabling them to act. It is a training prepared to make you a real coach with carefully selected information and practices.
Professional Coaching Training consists of 4 modules.
It is a 9-day (63-hour) training program.
Duration: 21 Hours ( 3 Days )
Training Content;
- Promotion of Coaching,
- Understanding Coaching Competencies and Ethical Codes,
- First Coaching Experience,
- Starting Active Listening,
- Strong Questions,
- Direct Communication,
- WHIP! Employing the Coaching Model,
- Creating an Action Plan
Duration: 14 Hours ( 2 Days )
Training Content;
- Values, Identifying and Using Personal Values,
- Proactive-Reactive Paradigm, The Concept of “Mentality” in Coaching,
- Renaissance Model, Embodying the Abstract and Abstracting the embody,
- Internal Critic, Awareness of Personal Potential
- Black and White Words and Their Effects on People,
- Holistic Coaching Practice
Duration: 14 Hours ( 2 Days )

- Real Coaching Sessions
- Defining “Vision”, Its Importance in Coaching, Linking Dreams and Vision
- “Be-Do-Have” Model in Coaching
- Personal Profiles And SWOT Analysis
- Corner Technique
- Body Language in Coaching, Reading the Body Language of the Client, Rapport and Body Language of the Coach
Duration: 14 Hours ( 2 Days )

- Metaphor, Metaphoric Coaching, its Meaning and Story
- Development in Coaching, Determining Personal Goals, Marketing and Sales in Coaching
- Decision Making Tools, Invert Method and Efficiency Analysis
